Tischer Nissan Acura AKA Pensare Auto Finance Scam Lies Misleading Spot Delivery Scam Lie To The Customer About Their Credit Score

Found at vehicle at this dealership I liked and went in to talk to them about it. From the get-go they were extremely deceptive and the sales manager "rob" was extremely rude. I wound up working later with another couple of people and eventually got the price of the vehicle down to where it should have been all along (what it was worth), and my trade in high enough to accept a deal.

We went in and talk to the finance dept who got all the paperwork up and moving and then we signed. All seemed to go smooth once all the terms were worked out and everything had been read. The finance guy we were working with said a few things like "your loan is all set and approved" leading us to believe they somehow got an approval that fast.

A week goes by and I get a call from the finance guy saying the loan didnt go through and we needed to come in to sign a new contract for a higher interest rate. I said I woulnt have made a deal at anything higher and asked why it took so long for him to call me about this which he wouldnt answer.

I call the bank and ask them about the issue hoping for a straight answer and their comment was that the dealership never sent the papers through.

I call the dealer back who says that the bank required a higher interest rate (now i know they are lying) and tell them I am bringing the car back and want my trade in back. I am told I signed a contract and cannot reverse the deal now so I hang up and drive over to the dealer after some cool off time. This i later find out is called the Spot Delivery Scam in which the dealer wants to add points to the deal for their profit and let you drive the car for a week so you become attached and will pay a little bit more for it.

When I arrive and tell them I am here to trade back they tell me it was a mistake and they can actually do it for a lower rate than before. At this point I was already irritated with the hassle and will never deal with them again.

Do not get caught up with these liars and cheats. People who do business like this dont deserve to be in business at all.
