My Nissan Versa has 65k miles on it. The past 5 months the car has broken down 6 times. One time I was near Pittsburgh, Pa. 4.5 hours away from my home. I had to get towed to a dealership in Johnstown. Then had to get a rent a car and drive home. Each time its been to a dealership they act like there is not a defect with this car. I had the service Manager at Colonial Nissan tell me that there was a defect with this vehicle. Thats where the car was purchased. I told Nissan Corp I dont want the car back. I rcvd. A call today from the same service Mgr. And he tells me Nissan Corp said to return the loaner that Colonial Nissan provided. Are u kidding me? This how we treat our customers these days??? At this point I want Nissan to pay off my existing loan and to put me in a new 2013 Nissan Sentra and to put 5k towards the new car for all my wasted time, phone calls etc. If Nissan doesnt make me the customer happy I will sue to get all monies put out on this car.
