On April 15th, all seemed fine, S&J were going to help me get a quarter end glass replacement for my Eagle Summit. It would cost $87 plus change. No problem. It would be shipped in 5-7 work days. No problem. Got a call 24 hours later, won't ship the part unless I authorize an additional $50 for S&H. Won't do it. Christina was looking for a part closer to me. No problem.
Got a call 1 or 2 day later and found part in my area. Would refund my S&H charges since I went and got the part. No problem. Got the part, but no refund and no corrected invoice to submit to insurance company. Called Christina numerous times (approx. 5 times). No answer. Got tired of leaving voice mail that won't be returned. Called back and went through the "Sales" option and got a gentleman (no name) who told me I had to talk to the customer refund dept. And he transferred me. I told him it would have been nice for Chritina to return a call and inform me of that, but never did.
Left a few messages for the customer refund person and still no return calls. Called today and informed Christina, who now has a NEW job and she of coursed transferred me to customer refund with of course another voice mail left. This time I did inform the refund staff that if I didn't get a call back, I was contacting my State Attorney General Offices.
