I ordered passenger side mirror for my SUV from S&J back at the beginning of April and still haven't received it. I have followed up with them numerous times and have talked to Don, John, Andy, Scott, Christina and a few others.
I have called S&J every week since I ordered the part and have been given the run around by everyone at this company. Everytime I called I was promised a call back and have only received one call back on my ten plus calls to S&J.
I finally received a call back from John today, but was given the same run around as I was given before. The basic jist of their claims is that the part was supposed to come from a yard in NC but they could never get in touch with anyone at this yard. Now it is supposed to be coming from a place in RI, but once again they don't have any shipping information and cannot get a hold of anyone there either.
I actually tried to get a refund from S&J, but they told me I needed to speak to Tamara in refunds and she is never there. All you ever get is her voice mail.
I have had it with them so I called VISA and placed a claim against S&J to get my money back. Visa has refunded my money and now will go after the $188.50 from S&J.
Thank God for VISA. I hope these guys go out of business quick.
Everyone please contact the Better Business Bureau and the Saratoga Springs Attorney General to file complaints.
