On feb 17 I ordered a hub and rotator for a 95 talon. I asked that it be shipped COD. I was told no they didn't do that so I ordered it and charged it to my visa atm card. I was told it would arrive in less then 4 days. The next day I called and told them to cancel the order. The woman yelled at me and said "we need this order". I said too bad I don't trust you people. And I can get the part else where.
A man them got on the phone and said he would refund part of the money and send the part because I had been over charged. Keep in mind the money had already been removed from my account. The part arrived in 5 days, half of it missing and the part I got was broken and so far no refund. I called several times and always got an answering machine. I left many messages.
Today I got a call back the man said well we are out of business you wont be getting anything from me. Call another auto parts place and hung up. I then called back and left another message I called back. I told him I was reporting him to the atty general. He then told me to send back the part and in 90 days he would refund my money
