I ordered a steering wheel for my Lexus. Christina told me that I will receive it 5-7 days, weeks passed & no sign of the steering wheel. Keep on calling them & nobody likes to answer the phone & I leave numerous messages but never return my call. Finally a guy call me & told me that the part supposed to be deliver is a wrong part. They should have told me that on the following day after I ordered it. I think they will receive orders first & then they will look for the parts after they receive the money. I gave them a chance to look for the part until I couldn't wait any longer.
Again keep on calling them & leave so many messages until finally a lady spoke to me & I ask for a refund. A week after, I haven't received my check yet. I started to call them again & leave a message to Christina, Accounting Department, Customer Refund... I told them that I will file a dispute. It seems that they ignore my warning & never receive a call from either one of them.
They had given me a hard time for the parts that I needed & now, they even want to give me another hard time to get my money back.
I really loose my cool on this guys. I finally decided to file a dispute with Paypal & my Crebit Card Provider. Now, they have to deal with the dispute agents. They've given me headache. Now, I will give them what they deserve.
Don't even try to get parts from S&J Auto Parts... This people are pain in the whole body parts...
