Sent wrong Part, refund after complaint to Master Card

I called several times to make sure they had the right part. When the truck was at the repair shop, they discovered the box had the right number, but the part was something else. Cost to get a part locally (avoid dropping the gas tank a second time) cost an additional $180. So, BEWARE of this company. Saving money with them costs you more.

SECOND: getting a refund was another major trick. THey SAID: "Kindly
get back to us once you have shipped the part so that we may monitor
your return and promptly process your refund. As soon as we have the
part back with the shipping department your credit will be processed"

They had the part on Monday morning, but no credit by Friday afternoon. I called and was told the credit would be processed by 24-48 hours for sure. Didn't happen. Monday afternoon, I called credit card company and they handled the credit.

So, don't expect the right part or a refund any time soon with this company.
