I have used jiffi lube many times in the past but usually i drop car off and come pick it up when its done but this time i went and came back and car was not ready i was taken outside and told that my car needed an engine flush i expressed to them that all i wanted was the oil change for 19.99 and did not want the extra service for 40.00 the manager edwin preceded to tell me how my car would not last long if it did not get this done i told him no i just came for an oil change but he kept telling me this was serious and was puting my engine in danger so i relented but expressed to him my discontent i took the car to my regular mechanic and was told by him that i did not need this done and that he felt it was a forty dollar rape in his words i then felt silly for being taken advateged of so i went back and talked to their manager same who told me i needed the service and his responce was that he could not help me i also observed another young lady there demanding a refund for the same thing i feel ripped off by this jiffi lube branch#1296 now i'm out my money and they ignore my request for a refund or valid explanation
