I will NEVER EVER order flowers from FTD.com again!!! I order flowers not once, but twice and the order never got processed. I was assured that my order would arrive on time for Mother's Day and was let down. Then you call customer service to complain and forget about getting someone in the USA, you get India or China!!! Smh!!!
