We had ordered flowers online through Bloomex, as per their Guarantee for delivery "We do not deliver on Sunday (Valentine's Day and Mother's Day are an exception) and statutory holidays.
The order placed for delivery on Sunday will be delivered on Saturday or the following Monday. Orders placed for delivery on holidays will be delivered the next available date." I though this shouldn't be an issue getting flowers to Mom on Mother's day, now a couple days later and still no flowers, or refund. I was unable to reach a customer service agent to find out the status of my order. When calling to follow up on status or complain my call would be shuffled to a voicemail, finally I tried placing another order and reached a person who was unable and unwilling to assist me in finding out about my order. Over all service extremely disappointing and customer service was even worse. When your far from home and all your able to do is depend on a business like this to send flowers to a loved one it makes the over all experience for both parties very upsetting.
