Please take my advice and NEVER use 1-800-Flowers! I placed an order for a floral delivery for my mother-in-law a month in advance for Mother's Day. After receiving a delivery confirmation email, I talked to my mother-in-law and found out that the flowers had not been delivered. I called customer service and was told the local florist didn't know the physical address! I gave them a known landmark (state park) within 500 feet of their home. Two days later, still no flowers and was told by 1-800-Flowers that the florist couldn't find the address so the order was cancelled. Then I was told that the address was outside of the florist's delivery range.
Please do not use 1-800-Flowers!!
