What an awesome F150 truck - what a terrible dealer!!! Stay clear of Lake Elsinore Ford. We have brought our truck in for service 4 times for the same issue. The capless gas tank. No one there can figure it out. The wrong part ordered, no one knows what a capless gas tank is - had to go in just for them to look at it, couldn't understand the computer from Ford parts again. Couldn't they go out to their parking lot and look at the gas tank? Wrong part ordered again. Finally they replaced the part and then intentionally installed a broken cap.
When we confronted them, the service department admits to installing a broken part because no one ordered a new part. We again had to confront them. I am ready for the lemon law. Kevin Roberts, the manager, owner and god of the dealer, won't call us and works from 9-2 pm according to his underlings. The service manager won't acknowledge us and god help you if you complain, you get nothing. The dealership is anti-women, so women beware - not a place to buy a car unless you have a guy there to re-inforce and re-negotiate. Someone from Ford - please help us!!!
