I bought the Ford Focus in 2009. I wanted to buy it in lake Elsinore to help the economy of the City after the Wall Street fiasco. Businesses in the city were closing due to the recession...
I agreed to purchase the Service Agreement for the Focus since I travel all the time and felt this would keep the car well maintained.
The service agreement was for 75,000 miles as I recall. I kept my side of the bargain, but at the end of its course I decided never to have the car serviced by the dealer again.
Numerous times, when picking up the car after servicing, I felt that the dealer employees displayed an insulting attitude. I do not think I deserved the treatment since I bought the car in good faith, and those employess do not know one darn thing about the kind of individual that I am.
If they did not like my pink shirt or cologne, I am sorry. I feel that any business should show appreciation to its customers. I tried calling the President of Lake Elsinore Ford to relate the above but I did not get a phone call back.
I will not purchase a car from Lake Elsinore Ford ever again.
