I took my fullsize van dodge 1994 b2500 to pepboys the problem was the hood cable release was loose. I talked to terry the service mgr at pepboys. I asked how long they would keep the vehicle since this is a wheelchair lift van. Well they say probably 2 hours also they offered to change the oil for my van. Well i said yes. After they repair the hood latch cable i didn't notice that their sloppy mechanics damage the bottom plastic panel. Iwas so upset and angry. Now it's too late to complain also they want to replace the master cylinder which was leaking with brake fluid. When i took my van to another mechanic the mechanic told me that the master cylinder was fine needs not to be replace! Pepboys recommendation!
Also beware when you open an account (ge money bank) they want their money immediately or they will send your account to the collection agency! Well iam not going back to pepboys again.
