My loan was to be paid off in July 08. I was notified by the company that my loan was being extended do to an insurance issue that a previous company had that owned my loan. They extended to Nov 08. Now we are in Dec and I got a pay off notice in the mail saying I owe $5,000. Plus they have been charging an NSF fee on every statement. I asked them about it and they said I had a check returned 2 years ago. When I asked for a audit of my account and for them to send the info to me they said no. Please contact the local DA about ameristar. I am doing so right now
