False advertising, neglect to resolve issue

Basicaly:
Horrible place to go, and do not recommend it to someone who values their time. Made me waist 1 hour traveling to their hole in the wall "office" 1 hour waiting, only to tell me the car is worthless. Their website clearly states that they will take ANY year, ANY model, ANY condition. Yet they said it's worthless. We believe that is grounds for false advertisement. Then when I arrived home and began a calm chat with their representative, they banned my IP address, real professionals they are.

In Depth:
When we first called 1888-carbucks to receive an idea for what our Ford Van Wind star is worth, we explained, in full detail, what the condition was (used, engine is knocking). The quote we received was $1,500. With that thought in mind, we called back two weeks later to schedule an appointment. Since we live in Brooklyn we had to DRIVE the car to Valley Streams in queens. We made the trip just fine, and parked inside the lot. To our surprise, carbucks doesn't actually exist, instead we found CarPros. Their "office" which is a tiny room on the second floor of an apartment building, was closed, and no one was answering the phone at any of the telephone lines which we called (1888carbucks, 1888-7355288- the carpros telephone). We waited a total of one hour standing outside the door, when someone finally answered the phone and said they will send someone out. When he arrived (fifteen minutes later) he brought us to the parking lot, measured the paint, said to turn on the car. When we did, he said the engine is faulty, that the car is worthless, and to get it off his lot. He got in his car, and drove away. We were left standing speechless as this happened, and did not know what to do after waiting for so long. To sum it up, we wasted THREE hours, and 40 miles of gas to be told to go home. When we did get home we attempted to speak to the customer representative via CHAT. She said they cannot verify the estimate, which was given two weeks ago because they get thousands of call each day, and then banned my IP address. Even more furious, I knew I had to turn to the BBB, consumer affairs, and my favorite, ripoff report, since we as well are a business, and we value customer care. Their website clearly states that they will take ANY year, ANY model, ANY condition. Yet they said it's worthless. We believe that is grounds for false advertisement. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Advice:
For other people interested in selling their car, not to be led in circles, and fake companies with horrible service; strictly for people to know what they would be getting into. We are not a competitor, or have anything against the people at the company, only the service that they provide.
