Apollo Hosting has been hosting our website for over 4 years. They advertise live chat to get help in having questions answered 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Yeah right, 99% of the time when I have logged on to the live chat my "chat" is sent to an email because no one is available to respond to the chat.
It has taken them over a week to respond to some of our technical issues while we lose customers. I have called customer service, reported this issue and get "Thank you for calling I will tell the owner Obviously the owner doesn't care, cause it does not change.
The last straw was today. I called them today at approximately 2:50, entered 2 for tech support and was told "you are 3rd in line" approximately 20 minutes later was told I was 2nd in line. Then first in line. One hour and 40 minutes later (still on hold) I called from another phone and was told tech support is available from 9 am to 6pm eastern time. Guess what, I am in Washington and was on a cell phone. I had been on hold for more than one hour and all the "tech support" personal had gone home!!! And I was still on hold, being told every 5 minutes or so that I was first in line and that my call would be answered by the next available representative. If Apollo Hosting has more than 1 person working in tech support I would be very surprised. Talk about false advertising!
