I found cnv corvette on the internet, they seemed to be straight foward in my dealings with them in the begining. I was interested in one of there corvettes. It was described to me as, newly painted, new interior, runs great. My brother who lives in arizona, went to take a look at the car. They would not let him drive it or take him for a ride in it. Tom flannery the sales person said the car needed some final touches and could not be driven although he new my brother was comming and said he could go for a drive.
I went foward with the purchase against my better judgement taking toms word as the truth. The car arrived to me and would not start on the car carrier. The car needed to be jumped, the tansmission wines in every gear, the rear seal leaks like crazy. The car, cnv says has 50,000 miles on it, maybe 250,00 the way it runs. They lied aboy everything and missed led me, i asked right from the begining if the car leaked any fluid they said no, if the tranny worked fine and they said yes, all lies. When i called them they said the car was not leaking when it left them, now when i got it, it was comming out from the main sea, this is not something that could happen i shipping, nor could the trnny wine and the weak engine. They said they would give me 250 dollars toward any repairs that are in the thousnads.
I have since bought another corvette from someone else and it is perfect. Do not buy a car from these people trust me, there are reputable people out there take your time and stay away from cnv corvette!!! P.S. The car was given some cheap cosmetics and passed off as something it was not.
