REFUSE to refund my core charge!

BEWARE of this company! I ordered two half shafts. The passenger side was right, the drivers side wrong. I returned the WRONG part AND the core from the RIGHT part. They are refusing to refund the $50.00 core charge for the passenger side. I called, talked to a supervisor who told me his name was jake AFTER talking to many people that can't speak English!"Jake" wanted the UPS tracking number. I gave them to him.

He tracked them, found that they HAD been delivered, (signed for by "Singh") He then tells me that the core was returned to the wrong warehouse! Hello! I shipped it to the address that THEY sent on the email with the RMA#!! He proceeds to tell me that I will get my credit when they find the part! HUH? THEY lost it, not me!

On August 13, I receive their email stating that my account will be credited for $50.00 in 3-4 business days. It hasn't shown up yet & when I called to talk to "Jake", I was told there was no supervisor by that name.

So, not only do they rip you off money-wise, they ALSO LIE when you ask them their name. I also had to pay for the return shipping for the WRONG part! Don't do business with this company!!! If you have a problem, they don't care, & the people in customer service are all foreign & you can't understand a word that they say!!
