This company is scamming customers. I received product as stated but never got core refund. This seems to be common problem. Customer service reps. Lie to you. Customer service manager, John Sinclair won't take calls and doesn't return messages. I had to email 15 times and call 6 times just to get an authorization number for core return. That was 10 months ago. I have called 20 times since and never got core refund. I went down to facility last week and they gave me the same story. Though they were shocked to see a customer walk into warehouse. They are actually part of Clark's Auto Parts of Bellflower.
What ever you do, don't do business with these guys.
If you have been taken advantage of, please file complaint with California State Attorneys General Office and your states as well and Department of Consumer affairs. You can file complaints on there websites.
I am filing lawsuit in small claims court this week.
