I ordered a left (driver's side) side-view mirror for my '99 Subaru from www.findpart.com in May. $138.50 was charged to my credit card immediately by S& J Used Auto Parts. The part did not arrive until late July, and it was the wrong mirror (passenger side).
I immediately called S&J, and they said they'd find me a new one after they got the first one back. I mailed it back and waited a month. No refund, no mirror.
In August I ordered the part from another supplier and called S&J to ask for a refund. They said they'd take care of it. I called them once or twice a week for the next few months and they kept saying the person in charge of refunds wasn't there, but they'd leave a message.
I then tried e-mail and have been having a lovely back and forth chat with Jackie, who has been saying for 4 months that her boss is sick and she'll take care of it just as soon as she gets back. What kind of an excuse it that???
I finally filed a report with the Better Business Bureau and just got a letter in the mail saying the company had been kicked out of the BBB. Don't buy anything from this company.
