A collegue of mine referred me to Auto Parts Giant website. I ordered a brake master cylinder with a core return. As per Auto Parts Giant's website, I follewed the core return procedure including getting an RGN number. Since November 2007, I have been getting the run around to get the credit for my returned core. Last thing they told me that they mailed me a check on Friday February 7th. Today is February 19th and I don't have a check. The US mail does not take this long to deliver mail.
This is a warning to anyone considering doing business with Auto Parts Giant. Buyer Beware. Everytime I call them, I get some young kid who gives me the run around. There is no management support around. I am not even sure of the quality of their parts. This is by far the worst customer service that I have ever experienced in my life and it's hard to take any action besides contacting therefore I will report this to the Better Business Bureau.
