In August 2007 I ordered an auto part from them. I did not get the part till late September. I made repeated phone calls to their customer-no-service department and every time i was told that it was shipped but they couldnt give me a tracking number. I finially did recivie the part. There was a core return credit for 40.00. I followed their core return policies that were stated in the shipping info and on their web site.
I received no response after emailing them 6 times and calling them every day. They are very rude on the phone and they will not put you through to a manager. I cannot send the core part in for my $40.00 refund without a shipping number from their customer-no-service department so i guess that I am just out my money. They sure did not waste any time charging my credit card when I ordered the part but there is no way that i will get my credit back for their part. Do NOT purchase anything from this company no matter how good of a deal it might be!
