Complaint / Review
Nationwide Transmissions, Larry Duncan
Owner transmission and auto repiar scam and fraud company

This "company" one of many names used by LARRY DUNCAN is an internet scam. They addvertise to send a repair kit or other auto repair needs for transmissions, with free towing. NO ONE has yet to get service as promised. They charge a finders fee or brokerage fee for service. They have nothing to do with repairing your vehicle. Its a total lie and scam. They have stolen thousdands of dollars from people across the country and for some reason they are still in business, this might as well be the mob. Larry Duncan has a web page to recruit thieves, promising to help them make over 100,000 per year.
Other names this crook uses is Coast to Coast Transmissions, Recue Transmissions, Elilte Transmissions, 24 hour auto repair, 24 Hour transmissions.

The FBI, Texas Rangers and Virginia State Police have had reports filed along with the Texas State Attorney Generals Office for internet fraud and interstate felonies.

These people need to be put behind bars for a long time and band from the use of computors.

Curly Brown our so called local rep. Is suppossedly looking for other work, knowing what crooks he has falling in with, but the are many other reports on this web site from other clients with his name mentioned. He says he has never had a problem with customer and them being scammed, he had never heard of the brokerage fee. THIS IS a bunch of bull. He's in as deep as Duncan and Rich Lindman the national manager, if these are their real names? I doubt it.

AVIOD THESE COMPANIES. You will loose at least $1000.00 to them, most have lost closer to $1500-$2000.00 per customer and still have to get thier car fixed or pay additional repair fees to a shop.

IF your repair shop doesn't sign the contract with coast to Coast or Nationawide, whatever name they are using, then you can get you money back from Visa. THERE is no contract if the repiar shop refuses to do business with Nationwide, ect. Master Card will probably do the same. THE MORE CHARGE backs we can get on these maggotts the better. They'll loose thier use of credit cards.

Call me at and leave a message, I am trying to get a class action lawsuit together, if we can get enough folks to file this together. I am also trying to get law enforcement to issue arrest warrents for felony fraud. If enough file police reports the FBI might take action, contact your internet fraud unit for your state police agency. Print up all the rip off reports to give to law enforcement and your bank in seeking getting your money back.

We lost $1600.00 for the repiar of a 1994 Ford Probe, which suppossedly needed transmission work, but only had an electrical problem with the mass air flow sensor.
