How I wish I had read some of the stories that go along with the one I am writing now.
On August 2nd, I ordered a heater core for my Eagle Premier, and to expidite this part, made an additional payment of 12.00 for second day delivery.in the ten days since, I have called them several times, requesting information on the status of my order, and as of this date (8/12/07), it is still not shipped although on three different calls, they said it had been.
On Several of these calls, I was treated very rudely, and as soon as they answered the phone, I was met with a surly, condescending attitude. More than once I was diconnected—intentionally I believe.
I will call again tomorrow morning, and I do not get a valid UPS tracking number, I will then call the California State Department of Consumer Affairs (800) 952-5210, and report what I have written here, and then my credit Card company to register a complaint angainst these people.
If enough of you out there who have had problems with unscrupulous operators like this outfit would complain to the above, I am certain there would be an investigation by the state, and that their inability to accept credit cards would protect others from being ripped off.
Incidentally, I found other sites that directs you to this company, so beware of any company offering discount auto parts...
