I returned a core to autopartsgiant.com for credit. They indicated they issued the credit, however, like others have reported they do not send it to the credit card company. I have called several times and get the same claim that the credit was issued but they will not send me any documents to support their claim. I also sent several emails to them without any response. I just recently filed a claim with my credit card company. It is a shame they treat customers like this. I hope this report helps others from getting Ripped Off by this company
