I needed an oil change and the service engine soon light was on so I took my truck, ford f150 2002 to pep boys. They said that for a diagnostic I have to pay around $100 plus the oil change, so I told them go ahead and call me with the diagnostic cause I need my truck fixed.
At 1 pm a 'technician' calls me, he talks for five minutes and he says $950.00, wow'.
I'm like '. Wow'. But go ahead, I need the truck so do it, he tells me two hours and is done, I go at 5 pm, 'right '. To early, 'come in an hour', go back at 6 pm 'good news THE TRANSMISION DOS NOT GO IN REVESE, they back up the truck in the morning when they took it in the shop and now'. THEY DON'T CARE! I have to pay $900.00 and take my truck from there.
I said hey! I drove the truck and you did too in the morning and now is broken??? How???
Pep boys: 'IT HAPPENED BEFORE, SOME CARS ARE BREAKING IN OUR SHOP, PAY AND LEAVE, WE DID NOT DO ANYTHING TO IT'
So I left my truck there and I left cause I took in a good car and they put a diagnostic and I agree to pay and in the end they give me '. A worse car than I took in '. Now... I, m looking for help... DON'T DO THE SAME MISTAKE!
