I canceled my order as per there contract. I called them at 1000 on 08/01 and they said they did not have someone to ship my vechicle, so I said that I want to cancel.
They told me to fax a hand written letter to cancel. I faxed them on 08/01 at 1030 the cancelation letter. I called back at 1045 to ensure they received the fax. They stated that they did receive the fax and that all of a sudden they found someone to ship after I faxed the cancelation. So I followed there guidlines and canceled. After I canceled they say they found someone, so that was after the fact and now they are trying to defraud me.
I want my $150.00 back.
There guidlines are below:
All cancellations must be made in writing. Once a carrier has been assigned for, pick-up and transport of the vehicle the deposit will no longer be refundable, as we have handled our obligation of the transportation. Extenuating circumstances for refund may apply on a case-by-case basis.
