Ripoff: please cancel my first order and ship my second one!

I have created two purchases through the corporation's site. The very first purchase was created in regards to a month before and contains never delivered. I have created another order thinking they all messed up some how about the first one. I'venot received both of those two purchases

I Have delivered numerous emails without any reaction. I have e mailed them requesting them to stop my first-order however the purchase continues to be running.

I would like my first-order ended and my second-order delivered. Whether it's not likely to deliver anytime soon, I would like my second-order ended likewise.

listed here are the purchase numbers:
1.) 8165 (I would really like that one canceled)
2.) 8336 (I would really like this delivered within 10 times. Or even feasible, I would like this ended additionally)
