My daughter started college and I thought I would help her find grant money. This website claims you will have all the information provided to you, no research anymore to find these grants.
It just listed grants to apply for which I could have found running a search.
The information was not as their site claimed. They made it sound as though by using them I would have the complete information I needed, not the case!
They do not have an email for customer service but ONLY a form on their site to send them requests or questions, which leaves you not having a copy of your sent request or question. Over a week and a half after sending my cancelation request I see the charge that came out of my account! I got their phone number off of that (they dont list a number on site) and called to find out why they charged me and when to expect my refund.
I was told that I did not cancel in time and the fee is non-refundable. I told them I canceled with plenty of time and I want my money back in my account.
I sent message after message on their damn form for a week and finally received a call from them. They called only to tell me that I needed to give them the confirmation number they gave me when I canceled. I asked them how I was suppose to have this number. I was told they would have called me and given it to when I canceled and I told them no one called me and no one emailed me to give me such a number.
Their excuse for my NOT having the number was that it was because I never canceled! She kept telling me they needed that number in order to refund my money, I never got a number as NO ONE EVER CALLED ME! She said it was because they never got my cancelation!
BOTTOM LINE: It must be easy for them to just tell everyone they never got a cancelation request and that makes the fee NON-REFUNDABLE!
Dont buy or be fooled by freemoneyongrants!
