Best Buy
Would not honor store policy for preice comared item @ circuit city

I purchase a audio stereo at best buy for $99.00.
The next week circuit city offered the same model number at the same price, but they also included free speakers.
I went to best buy and asked if they would include the speakers that circuit city offered - answer was NO - they would reduce a speaker that cost 80.00 by 20.— less = 60.00 additional dollars I would need to spend,
I went to circuit city and found that they had them in stock and would install them.

I went back and asked for the 45.00 that circuit city speakers were and was told again NO. Best buy would not honor their 10% if you find the same model elsewere on a refund.

I went to circuit city bought the same model and got the speakers, and went back to best buy and got a refund, and had the speakers that best buy would not supply or refund the amount. I got my 99 dolars and got the speakers with cirut city's help.

Best buy would rather lose the sale than to make it's customer happy with their own refund policy!
