I bought my bose speakers in to get the speakers replaced and they looked them over and took them in. I got a call 2 days later from a guy telling me they worked and there was nothing wrong with them. Then i told him the tweeters were out. Never heard from them again finally i called and they told me they weren, t going to honor the warrenty because the speaker cabinets fell apart. Well they were fine when i checked them in. Can, t get anyone to call me back they have had my speakers for 2 months now. I can, t use my stereo because of no back speakers.
I was speaking to a manger named sonja murrillo, then i spoke with a lady who they say is another manger all i got was susan, she told me she would look at my speakers when they got in and fix problem, well speakers have been back now for 2 weeks and i can, t get an answer. Looks like i won, t be listening to any christmas this year i fell on my job and can, t get around real good so i have a hard time getting all the way to there store to try and talk with someone again, please help. Thanks i would never buy from circuit city again, hope everyone reads this, thanks for letting me report this
