I would say stay clear of Gladstone Suzuki also. I had a horrible experience there also, as I recently purchased a truck from them in the last 6 months.
Just a few of the highlightswas promised a full tank of gas upon delivery, they put only $20.00 of gas in it. When I realized it, I called them and they said it was not in the contract.
I originally found the truck on-line and in the picture it had a custom grill, they said they would find it for me and I could come in and have it put onnever happened.
They took 4 weeks to pay my trade in off. Which cost me hundreds of dollars in additional finance charges with my lenderI had to pay it.
I live out of state and had to pay sales tax on the purchase. They assured me that the contract included all applicable license & tax feesit did not. I was forced to pay the sales tax out of pocket.
All in all, the whole deal was very poor, at best. I was very excited about my new purchase, but the integrity of their sales staff in poor, and follow through is even worst. I will never do business with them again, and I will continue to tell others to steer clear of them. I am sure that they will be out of business soon anyways; as car lots like theirs go under all the time.
