Bought an 06 Suzuki Grand Vitara in July 07. During the first week, noticed serious electrical problems (cruise shut off, check engine light came on, A/C stopped working, all other dash warning lights came on and off). Truck was taken back to dealer 3 times, and each time I was told it was repaired. During last vist had a sit down with sales manager and owner (Johnny). Was assured that Suzuki factory rep. Would look at truck and it would be repaired, and that the extended warranty had been put in effect and was included in the price. Picked up the truck and drove it approximately 1,000 miles that week, with no problems. Gave the truck to my daughter, in Maryland, and I moved to Florida. A week after my daughter took the truck, the same electrical problems started again. Now that I, and the truck, are out of state I can't even get Johnny or the sales manager to return my call, and cannot get a copy of my extended warranty. Although I don't blame the Suzuki brand, I will never buy another one, and I certainly will not reccommend Johnny's Suzuki to anyone. Just another case of a dealer failing to act in good faith and honor their word.
