Bought a used car that supposedly went through a safety check and had to be sent back a second time for a second safety check to fix a problem that was not fixed first time around. Came back after the second check and the problem was still not fixed.
We just had our car looked over after the first oil change and the break pads were shot and our machanic stated that they should not be this worn out after only 3000 miles and they should have been changed before we even purchased the car.
We called the company and asked for proof that the safety check had been completed or we wanted a refund for the brake pads. They told us they did not have to give us proof or a refund. From all they said to us I am wondering if they even check their vehicles over before handing them to a buyer. The brake pads are not the only other problems we have had with the car since purchacing it. Please beware when purchasing a car here. I recommend going somewhere else because they are very rude to their costumers after a sale is over.
