Took my vehicle to have the brakes done. Car felt like all it needed was brake pads. Saw the advertisement for 4 wheel brake job $99. They looked at car and informed me the rotors on the front needed to be replaced. This was done and I was charged $256.2 weeks later I had to take the car back as the car was sluggish in stopping and was not responding they way a new brake job should. Found out that they replaced the rotors but not the pads. They wanted to charge another $99 to replace the pads and stated I may have an issue with the master cylinder which would be another $500 - 600. Had to have the oil changed and had the new mechanic check and the pads that were never replace had only 1/16th of inch left till they were gone. When Brakes4Less was working on my car, it took 3 hrs as they were busy.in that time, 15 people came in to take advantage of the advertised deal, NOT ONE person was able to get a quote of that. EVERYONE was given an estimate of $200 or more. Maybe everbodies brakes were that bad, but some of the newer model vehicles should have been able to get by with only having the pads replaced. For a company that does only brakes I would think they would know that if the rotors are replaced, then the pads get replaced as - New Rotors = New Pads.
