I bought a rebuilt automatic transmission for my 1998 honda accord 4cylinder. Order it on October 18th, came on the 27th, installed by a mechanic by the 19th. The car does not want to shift into second, and makes clunking noise when shifting from Park to Reverse to Drive. Called RPT, sent me a second one. Came on Novemeber 10.installed and tested on November 16. My mechanic said is shifts smooth, but will not drive at all. Spent over $1000 in labor already. I am going to contact the company to try to get a full refund with labor. I don't want to try a 3rd time, since seeing all these bad reports on the company. I will update for anyone interested. Anyone else have the same issue, please email me, maybe we can all take some legal action together.
