I bought from Phoenix Remanufactured Transmissions tel. 623-936-1500 (Frank, Gabriel, Alex) CVtransmission for my AUDI 2003. I paid in full 3295$ on may, 23 2008.
In invoice was it 8-12 business days, I waited 14 days, and than called them, They said it'll be ship out in next two days. I was hoping it's true, than in following two weeks they told so many different stores, all of them (Gabriel, Pall, Alex and other), I wish to recorded them, because they are sounds to me like a group of kids, they are not a mans for sure.in one day they told me 3 different stories, one of those said, they are still waiting for a parts, second one said they fixed and they'll ship it tomorrow, and third one said, they still waiting for my old transmission. (Funny things they received my old transmission week ago) I'm so sorry for them, but they are not professional and not even a mans, I wish to have this company in Russia to destroy...
So right now is beginning of July I don't have my money, my old transmission and my rebuild transmission... They said they order wrong parts for my tranny, so that's why it'll take 2 more weeks...
Please, any one help me, because I'm ready to fly Phoenix to stop them business forever...
