Phoenix Hard Parts Or Phoenix Remanufactured Transmissions
Ripoff of remanufactured transmission

Bought remanufactured transmission in April. From installation was not operating properly, not going into glutch lock up. They sent us two parts to be replaced, a torque converter, which was replaced and a value body which was replaced and did not function so original value body put back in. Transmission then did work.

Now it is November and yesterday truck refused to shift into 2nd. Fluid was full on checking. Truck is disabled will have to be towed to garage. Due to warranty issues this transmission will have to be uninstalled sent back and when new one arrives reinstalled all at my expense.

This is a ripoff. I am currently sitting in my trailer without a vehicle.
