Same story as everyone else. Ordered a transmission for my vehicle. Was sent a wrong transmission. Didn't discover it until after my mechanic installed it. Called Gabriel. Everyone is so helpful there at first... They want to gain your trust so that you eventually send them your transmission!!! After going back and forth Gabriel said he'd send me the correct transmission. They made a mistake out in Arizona. So Gabriel's solution was for me to send him my original transmission to be rebuilt. BIG MISTAKE!!! I marked my transmission and after 2 weeks I received what I thought was my rebuilt transmission.in fact it was not my transmission nor did it fit my vehicle.
I called Frank this time who never returns phone calls. Finally sent him an email. He told me that my mechanic must have swapped transmission on me!!! I've incurred additional costs because of Phoenix Hard Parts' incompetence.
Not gonna bore you with the rest. The bottom line is that Phoenix Hard Parts are thieves and scam artists. They've been doing this to consumers for years and have really become very good at it. Don't fall victim to the scum dreg of society dirtbag known as "Frank Kuperman"! I believe he has a full time employee who handles rebuttals because periodically rebuttals will appear on here and various other complaint sites, including ebay. Yes Frank I'm watching you.
