Despite, "not charging my account until product ships" statement. Which is breach #1, and stating the product is "in stock" (breach 2), it arrived damaged (#3) they refused to pick it up. (#4)
Only after i put a hold on my credit card did they agree to pick it up and refund my money. Brick and mortar for me from now on.
