All the appliances arrived, but were not going to be installed imediately, as a new house was being built and the timing wasn't perfect. All packages were opened for inspection. The bottom portions of the boxes remained, as did the plastic film on the stainless steel surfaces. When the dishwasher was ready for installation, it was removed from the bottom portion of the box and the base was completely broken in many, many pieces. Additionally, once the platic film was removed from the stainless steel surface, it became clear that the front "skin" and handle were also damaged. Appliances connection just gave me the "runaround" over a period of weeks (waiting on hold forever, asking for and receiving pictures from me and model number stickers mailed to them) but in the end, would not do anything.
