Purchased the extended warranty for sofas bought at The Brick. The salesman failed to inform me that this is of course an outsourced service to Transglobal Services. After my sofa was picked up on the 5th of May for repairs to stitching I was assured this was a minor fix and will take about a week. After 3 phone calls and 2 promised delivery dates I'm still waiting for my sofa to be returned! What a joke! Worst company to deal with and shame on The Brick for selling me a warranty that isn't even controlled by them!
