I bought a TV from the Brick, where I used to buy all our furniture from, and the picture started tearing. I phoned the Brick and they referred me to Transglobal Service who they now contract their warranty work though. Transglobal has had the TV now for a month, and every time I phone and try to find out when it will be done, they change the date on me (now its 11 Jun). No attempt to notify me of changes in the repair time has ever been made by Transglobal, they haven't even returned my calls when they tell me they will check something and call me back
Contacted the Brick and they told me that they have nothing to do with anything warranty related, take it up with Transglobal. So they sold the product, and the overpriced extended warranty, but don't care after that.
I will never buy from the Brick again, or any company that sub-contracts their warranty service to Transglobal.
