We bought a living room set from the brick. 3 pieces plus ottoman
Delivered with ripped lining.
6 months later... Chair collapsed in half. And the sofa and love seat sunk in to the point you can't get up once you sit.
They replaced the chair and had the other 2 pieces repaired in my home.
6 months later... Same thing. Only the sofa has collapsed
After 2 months of chasing them and calling and emailing everyday I get an answer.
$375.00 in brick gift cards??? Really?
Not acceptable. I start harassing again.
Today's answer... They will replace the sofa. The other 2 pieces... Too bad for me
And. I have to pay $75.00 for them to delivery the sofa
Are these people okay?
I will never step foot in the brick again!!!
