I ordered flowers for my mom's birthday several days in advance. They never arrived, so I called the phone number on their website. I was informed that they had failed to deliver the flowers and they offered me an upgrade. I went along with that, AND THEY FAILED TO DELIVER THEM AGAIN. I called again and the "customer service" rep gave me the same standard line and offered an upgrade again. I told him I just wanted my money back and got put on hold for 20 minutes. Still haven;t received a refund. Terrible.
