I am writing today about a safety exposure that i have noticed, the outside rear view mirrors have a superimposed reflection of the left and right air conditioning vents. This presents a confusing image when using the outside mirrors to check before passing. I recently had an accident when attempting to change lanes this partially due to the image presented by the left outside mirror.
