I purchased a genuine leather sofa from The Brick in March. We were told it was real leather and in October it began to peel. I had a hard time getting any resolution, repeatedly had to call the store and customer service when I was finally told that apparently genuine leather can peel, and they do not false advertise. I told them that I no longer was interested in their "leather"and wanted a fabric sofa instead. I found 1 that was 300.00 cheaper and was told that they would refund the difference and I would have to purchase another 5 yr warranty at my own cost. Customer service was horrible and communicating with the store was even worse. If you do decide to purchase anything from the Brick you should realize the quality of their merchandise and also know that they are not recognized by the BBB.
