We bought a 3 piece sofa at the brick and we bought the extended warrenty that we were told that the warrenty covered spots / manifacture defaults / frame / and even dog damages and all this for 5 years. Well after 9 months the sofa is a total reck. We called the brick in gatineau where we bought it and they dent a inspector to inspect the sofa when the inspector got to our home he said that this couch had a problem with the padding (there was not enough), and that there was a broken spring. Now we are not people that weight 400 pounds anyways the brick called me and said that it was ehere and thair and that the couch was cheap and the warrenty was not covering it. Only 9 months old. So my question is: if the couch was to cheap in the first place well wy do they sell it? And second of all wy did they sold us the warrenty if it does not coevr it?
