This company and their customer service is an absolute joke. I will give them this when the service is working correctly it is fine its acceptable. However it is often not the case, I print labels often daily from home, for packages than need to get out Express, expedited, priority domestic and international. Lately however whenever I print out a label over $50 they freeze up my account and put a hold on it and cant print postage when packages need to be out expedited, express, priority, next day I cant print postage, meaning late, deliveries customer complaints and refunded orders to make matters worse today is Saturday I just called them and their supervisors are out until Monday and they tell me only a Supervisor can take a hold of a account. There is no reason for this happening just because Expedited label is printed costing over $50 my account is frozen on hold, and I get no explanation except we do this to prevent unauthorized access to your account so someone does not gain access to your account and print postage. Well in my opinion this is not an acceptable answer for the Nightmare pain in the ass this causes everytime they do this it is 200% unacceptable and I am stark raving mad. This is now the fifth time now this has happened, where i have not been able to print out postage, causing late shipments, delays, refunds, constant calls to stamps.com and their annoying pain in but customer service who is not only not very helpful but arrogant at the same time, even the first four times I called when I was nice about it. What is the reason people sing up for stamps.com. The convienience, ask yourself is this convienient? No think about this before signing up for stamps.com as I can assure you this will happen to you and it a common practice.
